14. The water level in a rectangular tank is 15 cm when it is 1/4 filled with water.
The length of the rectangular tank is 1 ½ times its breadth.
Its breadth is 1/5 of its height.
a) Find the capacity of the tank.
b) If water flows into the tank at 2 ℓ per minute, find the time taken to fill the remaining tank.
